FACILITATED WOMEN'S GROUPS

 

These cohorts consist of 7-10 women and meet at a regular cadence for a set number of sessions (typically 6+ sessions). Groups offer learning, mindshare, and social support. We cover positive psychology and well-being topics as well as group-based themes.
