My 1:1 coaching provides a venue for exploring thoughts, habits, and experiences specific to you. It is not a one-way relationship where I prescribe you a universal biohack for well-being. Instead, we explore, define, and build your customized well-being recipe together. 

Each of my private sessions is unique and built around your goals and pain points. Together, we identify and optimize your life through shared curiosity and tuning into your body’s communications. Through joint exploration, we reveal misalignments, create action plans around goals, identify strengths, and learn how to optimize their use.

MEET YOUR COACH

Kelsey klinefelter

 

Los Angeles-based positive psychology coach and facilitator.

I wear many hats: mama to three, entrepreneur, coach, and lifelong student. After nearly a decade of founding and running a medical compression business, I sold my company and earned a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania. My solutions-focused coaching style results from my combined entrepreneurial, academic, and personal experiences. 

One-on-one and in groups, I help women build and hone their well-being literacy. Together, we audit habits and establish practices to promote the flourishing of the mind and body. My approach is science-backed, strengths-centered, and forward-directed. We define goals, focus on solutions, optimize mindset, and take steps toward your desired growth, relationships, and performance.

We often prioritize the urgent over the important. Well-being falls into that category. Life’s daily to-do lists demand more attention than the more ambiguous goal of wellness. It’s easy to put well-being off as something you’ll make time for “one day.”

The tricky thing is well-being doesn’t just magically arrive one day. Mental, physical, and spiritual health also cannot be ignored indefinitely. When put off too long, languishing, burnout, or overwhelm follows. Or worse, a health challenge surfaces, demanding you pay attention.
