I help women cultivate awareness around their body's intelligence and craft skills to support their whole-human well-being.

WHY POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY
As a business owner and busy mom of three, I’ve experienced firsthand the critical role of mindset and emotional resilience in both good times and bad. When challenges arise, these psychological skills help us cope, manage stress, and overcome adversity. When times are good, these strengths enhance our satisfaction, happiness, and overall well-being.
That’s what drew me to positive psychology and why I use it in my practice. In addition to investigating ways to build resilience, positive psychology illuminates science-backed insights into the enduring traits and practices that foster thriving in individuals and communities.

MY STORY
how it all started
My personal, professional, and academic experiences influence my coaching. At 21, I developed a blood clot on a flight and was prescribed medical compression stockings for recovery. They were effective but ugly. Inspired to improve wearing compression, I founded RejuvaHealth to design fashionable alternatives.
As Founder/CEO, I managed all aspects of the business. I created products, developed an e-commerce site, secured wholesale distribution, received press from VOGUE, SHAPE, NY TIMES, and others, and grew the brand to seven-figure sales.
After nearly a decade running Rejuva, I sold the business to the nation's largest online distributor of compression stockings and shifted to prioritize a new role: mama-in-chief.
Life changed drastically with marriage, multiple moves, Rejuva’s sale, and the addition of three kids in five years. The identity and lifestyle transitions accompanying this shift expanded my interest in women’s lives beyond entrepreneurship alone.
Marking a new career act, I earned a master's in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, focusing my research on modern motherhood. My capstone, “Positive Rituals for Motherhood Pain Points & Practices for Maternal Well-Being,” reflects my commitment to this study area. You can view my capstone here.

My passion for health and well-being stems from these experiences.
Throughout my personal and professional journey, I encountered numerous physical, mental, and spiritual setbacks. Various tools, healing modalities, and practices buoyed me during these challenges.
I believe well-being isn’t a destination at which you magically arrive. It’s a dynamic state that requires ongoing attention, care, and cultivation to develop. Most of what brings the greatest well-being ROI is readily available and free - we just need to define and prioritize it.
In addition to running my business and earning my MAPP degree, I’ve consulted for start-ups, been trained in Martha Beck’s Wayfinder coaching method, and led group forums in organizations such as the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). I live in Los Angeles with my husband and our three kids.
